A.N.A.  DESIGN

" Dear Natalie,

​

You have recently, once again, completed a significant amount of work for us. We are completely, excitedly, and happily satisfied with the scope, execution, and completion of your responses to the effects we desired to achieve. All of the interior design and consulting work you have performed for us has been at the highest level of our expectations. I consider you a master of interior visual arts and interior design understanding. If it's possible, I would say your people skills, your interpersonal relations skills, your empathetic and intuitive connection with peoples' wants, needs, and desires, are even higher than your technical and artistic skills. On three separate occasions, in three separate residences, over the course of many years as we have downsized and simplified from a Manhattan Beach home, to a Redondo Beach townhome, and now to a Playa del Rey apartment, you have completed major projects for us. You have also, of course, completed numerous smaller jobs for us as well. You have always surprised and delighted us with your creative suggestions and solutions.

On each occasion, I feel you bring to us true focus on our needs and sensitivities, along with a desire to be truly useful and helpful. What impresses me the most is that you invariably came up with solutions we are extremely happy with that were solutions beyond what either my wife, Rose, or I could have envisioned. I'll call it the psychic connection. You also have the humility and awareness to comfortably follow specific detailed direction where that is desired.

You have inspired us with your approach to our situations, with knowledge and techniques ranging from the seemingly subtle and relatively inexpensive - movement and / or placement of old or new pieces, textures, treatments, colors, fabrics, or a different layout that have made all things feel new and thrilling to us; and then to the other end of the scale - the massive visionary transformational evocations - inspiring a new sense of artistic experience for us, say with a giant oversize mirror, a beneficial structural reconfiguration, the perfect fixture, the 'just right' furniture/rug fix, the color highlight and contrast touch we could have never thought of ; or a composite, fulfilling a cohesiveness pleasure flowing from the combination/juxtaposition of the interior design elements themselves, that is the fascination imparted. In other words, Natalie, you are truly able to use simple subtlety and understatement to advantage, or to use your skills creatively to introduce awe and wonder at different appropriate levels, and you have also use your skills creatively to introduce awe and wonder at different appropriate levels, and you have also used special emphasis attributes to interject something startlingly unique where it works to transfix.

We are deeply grateful for all that you have done for Rose, myself, and our family. You are the best of the best in so many ways. Please feel free to use this letter with other potential customers as our ready commendation and recommendation reflecting complete satisfaction with your work.
